Built-In Robes in Mentone
A freestanding pine wardrobe and tired carpet, replaced by wall-to-wall joinery and an oak floor.

- One inherited pine wardrobe doing all the storage for the main bedroom, carpet worn through on the traffic line, and cream walls that had gone yellow.
- What we did
- Wall-to-wall built-in robes to the ceiling with a push-catch flat-panel finish, engineered oak flooring, new skirting, and a full repaint in a warm off-white.

- The bed, the bedside tables and the lamp never moved. The room gained a wall of storage and lost the only piece of furniture nobody liked.
