No coordinating multiple contractors, no gaps between trades. Every job runs the same four steps, so you always know what's happening now and what comes next.

  1. Phase 1

    Consultation & QuoteObligation-free

    We visit your property, understand what you're after, and give you a detailed quote with a fixed scope. If we've missed something in that scope, that's on us — the price doesn't change unless you change what you want.

  2. Phase 2

    Planning & Scheduling

    We lock in the trades, order materials, and build a realistic timeline — one we then stick to. Where a permit is needed, we handle it. We plan around keeping your life as undisturbed as we can.

  3. Phase 3

    Construction

    Our core team handles structural, tiling, waterproofing and fit-off in house. When other trades need coordinating, we do it — not you. You get daily progress updates and regular walkthroughs.

  4. Phase 4

    Handover

    A thorough final inspection, a full clean-up, and handover with every warranty and certificate in hand — including your waterproofing certificate where wet areas were involved.
